1What kind of cars do you have?
Our fleet is varied, we have off-road SUVs, coupe sedans, large sedans, sports cars, small city cars and also luxury cars.
2How can I rent a car from you?
It's very simple, you choose the car you want to rent, you fill out the form with the requested information and you send it. We receive your request by whatsapp. We will then contact you to finalize the procedure.
3How is your procedure?
Our procedure is quick and simple. We validate the price with you, you send us the driving license and an identity document to prepare the contract that we will give you upon delivery of the car.
4How can I get the rental car?
You will have the car with the contract on the rental start date. You can pick up the car at our office. Otherwise, we will meet at a location of your choice, where we will deliver the car to you.
5Is there a charge for delivery of the rental car?
If you are based in Rabat-Témara, delivery is completely free. If you are based outside this area, travel costs will be charged: 300 MAD for less than 120 Km, 500 MAD for more than 120 Km.

1I am not a resident in Morocco, how does it work for me?
For the reservation and validation, it will be through WhatsApp. For the documents, you send us the driver's license, passport, and the flight ticket containing the arrival date, flight number, and airline. you will have the car upon your arrival at the airport with the contract.
2What are your payment methods?
We are paid in cash upon delivery of the car and rental agreement.
We also accept payment by express bank transfer via your bank's app.
For clients not residing in Morocco, who have confirmed a reservation via WhatsApp, a deposit of 50% of the amount due should be sent through a money transfer company.

3If I cancel the reservation, how can I get my deposit back?
The reservation is only confirmed once the deposit is received. That said, no refund of the deposit is possible.
The deposit is requested to be able to release the car for the client on the desired date. If another reservation is made that includes this date, we will not validate it with this car. If you cancel your reservation, this deposit will be used to cover the blocking of the vehicle during this period.
4Who can rent a car from you?
Any person with a driver's license that is more than 2 years old. Resident or not in Morocco. We rent our cars to individuals and companies for personal travel. We do not rent our cars to individuals for professional or commercial purposes.
5I didn't like the rented car. Would it be possible to change it?
Changing cars is possible, but subject to conditions. And it is handled on a case-by-case basis.
