1. Reservation :

  • Any reservation made by the customer is subject to availability.
  • Rental rates may vary depending on the duration, type of vehicle and time of year.

2. Payment :

  • Full payment is made after signing the rental contract.
  • Accepted payment methods:
    • Cash.
    • Bank transfer (The delivery of the rented car will be after receipt of the amount due. The accepted transfer is the instant transfer via the application of your bank)

3. Cancellation :

  • Cancellations must be made within a specified time period to avoid cancellation fees..
  • Specific details of cancellation fees will be provided upon booking.

4. Insurance :

  • All our vehicles are insured in accordance with local standards.
  • Details of coverage and exclusions are available on request.

5. Delivery and Return :

  • Airport or home delivery is available upon request and may be subject to additional charges.
  • Delays in returning the vehicle may result in additional charges.

6. Customer Responsibilities :

  • The customer is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
  • Any damage or incident must be reported immediately to NhariCar.

7. Limitations :

  • Age, driving license and other restrictions may apply depending on the type of vehicle rented.

8. Amendments :

K.A.NhariCar reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
